Trigon LLC is in forefront of information and communication technology (ICT) solution distributions, and it distributes a wide range of ICT products from professional displays, desktop monitors, notebooks, and PCs, networking products, printers, storage products, and much more across the GCC. With offices in 4 countries, our distribution network spans over 17 countries.

Tell us a bit about Trigon’s association with the small, medium, and large enterprises in the region

We have a close association with small and large enterprises and our business focuses on the following three broader segments:

Distribution: Trigon is among the top ten IT distributors in the region handling some of the leading brands such as Samsung, LG, D-Link, NETGEAR, AOC, Philips, Ergotron, etc. We cater to all the channel partners including, popular retailers (i.e., Sharaf DG, Carrefour, E-max, Virgin Megastore) and Bur Dubai computer market dealers, etc.

B2B: We provide complete IT solutions, digital signage, and video solutions to all the major corporate clients. E.g., DEWA, Mubadala, SEHA, MOH, DHA, The Royal Atlantis, RTA either directly or through system integrators (SI).

After-Sales Support: Trigon service center is an independent profit center responsible for proving complete in-house solutions for the digital needs of corporate clients. We also undertake service-level agreements (SLA) and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

We did some prestigious projects for The Royal Atlantis, EXPO 2020, Dubai Police, Dubai TV, and Sharjah TV.

How well did Trigon participate in GITEX? Have you got to present your solutions to the (potential) customers?

Trigon didn’t directly participate in GITEX, this year! But we were there with our partners and our team had showcased Trigon products through various booths.
