AUKEY Showcases Next-Generation Charging Solutions and Smart Technology at GITEX
David YunYou WU, AUKEY’s BU General Manager and Vice President, discusses the company’s innovative charging solutions showcased at GITEX, highlighting their Qi2- certified MagFusion series and rechargeable Track Mate series of high-tech trackers.
What motivated AUKEY to participate in GITEX this year?
GITEX serves as a hub for technology, and GITEX Dubai is the focal point for the entire MEA region. It attracts industry leaders, technology enthusiasts, and innovators seeking the latest advancements. We view it as an invaluable opportunity to showcase our innovations, connect with new partners, and present compelling technologies to a diverse audience.
Could you elaborate on the products you are presenting at GITEX?
We are showcasing products from our charging and wearable categories. Within the charging segment, we focus on integrating and innovating with cutting-edge technology to enhance the consumer experience. This includes advancements in materials and design aimed at delivering more efficient, user-friendly solutions.
What benefits can consumers expect from the MagFusion series?
MagFusion is our wireless charging solution, which features several key innovations. Most notably, we have incorporated Qi2, the latest technology standard, which increases charging power from 7.5 watts to 15 watts. Traditional wireless charging often struggles with heating and slower speeds, so we’ve addressed these issues by integrating an active cooling system. This ensures faster charging while maintaining a cooler temperature for the device, enhancing both performance and safety.
How do the Qi2 certification and the active cooling system set your wireless chargers apart in the market?
Our entire range of wireless chargers is Qi2-certified, offering 15-watt charging power, which represents a significant improvement. Additionally, our chargers incorporate an active cooling system, distinguishing them from competitors. This feature keeps devices cooler during charging, enabling faster charging speeds and enhancing the longevity of the phone’s battery—creating a superior, user-friendly experience.
What real-world applications are you emphasizing for the Track Mate series of Bluetooth trackers?
Track Mate is similar to Apple’s AirTag, but with a key innovation—wireless charging capability built directly into the tracker. Unlike standard trackers that may need to be discarded after a year or more due to battery depletion, our product can be recharged wirelessly, significantly extending its usability.
Your booth has been one of the busiest at GITEX. What feedback have you received from attendees?
The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Visitors have consistently expressed their appreciation for our technology, the thoughtful design of our products, and the tangible improvements we have made to enhance the user experience. It is gratifying to see our innovations resonate so strongly with the audience.
