WHX Tech AI Healthcare to Transform Global Digital Health
Dubai to Host the Next Leap in Healthcare Innovation
Dubai, UAE, 11 August 2025 — WHX Tech AI Healthcare takes center stage at Dubai World Trade Centre from 8–10 September. The launch edition unites 200+ experts, 300 brands, and 5,000 leaders. The focus is clear: AI-first healthcare, women-led innovation, and real-world impact. Informa Markets produces the event in partnership with HIMSS, ensuring depth, relevance, and global reach.
Organised by Informa Markets in partnership with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), WHX Tech aims to redefine how healthcare is delivered and experienced. Backed by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Emirates Health Services (EHS), and NABIDH, the event promises a dynamic mix of insight, networking, and actionable strategies.
World X Stage: Turning Ideas into Action
Technologies are already improving care delivery. Hospitals are integrating AI to boost safety and efficiency, while startups are pioneering patient engagement tools that deliver measurable results.
Tatyana Kanzaveli, Founder & CEO of Open Health Network, will address Generative AI in Healthcare, tackling barriers that hold it back from advancing beyond basic chatbot functions. Her session will explore AI’s role in accelerating drug discovery, aiding clinical decision-making, and enabling personalised care delivery.
“Rather than come in to patch a broken system, AI is here to reprogram it,” Kanzaveli said. “At WHX Tech, I will show how we are breaking barriers with platforms such as TrialSphere for AI-powered clinical trials and TAMI, our generative AI solution for scalable behavioural health.”
Women Leading the Digital Health Agenda
The agenda puts women leaders in the spotlight. Dr. Rashmi Rao (Chief Product Officer, Philips) decodes the unwritten rules of health innovation and investment. Meghan Huffman (VP, Digital Health, Novant Health) joins sessions on adoption and real-world applications. Furthermore, she appears on “Envisioning Healthcare in 2050,” covering AI integration, patient-centric models, and system-wide impact.
“The real work is making digital health usable, trusted, and embedded in care,” Huffman notes. Therefore, the sessions emphasize change management, clinician buy-in, and outcomes.
“Getting the innovative ideas and technology in place is often the easy part,” Huffman said. “The real work is making digital health usable, trusted, and embedded in care delivery.”
AI and Adoption: Driving Real Change
Generative AI and interoperability anchor the agenda. Additionally, live hospital simulations translate strategy into practice. The US$50,000 WHX Tech Xcelerate Startup Competition and curated investor matchmaking speed promising ideas to market. Hence, founders gain feedback, partners, and pilots in days—not months.
Peter Hall, President – Middle East, India, Türkiye & Africa at Informa Markets, emphasised action: “From government partnerships to our global speaker lineup, every element is geared toward solutions that improve care today and for tomorrow.”
Built on the Arab Health Legacy
WHX Tech builds on Informa Markets’ 50-year healthcare legacy in the region. Formerly Arab Health, now WHX Dubai, the platform evolves into a global nexus for healthcare and technology. With Dubai as a gateway between East and West, the show bridges policy, payers, providers, and product teams. Ultimately, the aim is simple: better outcomes at scale.
“WHX Tech represents the next era — a truly global meeting of minds,” Hall said. “With Dubai as the gateway between East and West, we are bringing solutions to rethink care delivery, management, and patient experience at scale.”
