99 Sushi’s Chef’s Table in Abu Dhabi and Dubai is the ultimate gesture to impress or celebrate. With each seat priced at AED 1,500, guests will be treated to a special personalised gift, alongside exquisite wines and sakes meticulously chosen for their notes and flavour profile, pairing perfectly with premium Japanese ingredients in each of the 12 courses presented.

Guests in Dubai can enjoy exclusive sake pairings with their 12-course dinner, guided and presented by 2016’s World’s Best Sake Sommelier, Mr. Venkadesh Thanga Mariappan, who also holds a WSET Level 3 in Wine, Level 2 in Spirits and is also a Cigar sommelier. Abu Dhabi’s diners will be treated to wine and sake pairings, led by the venue’s Head Sommelier Bhesh Khatri, WSET Level 2 in Wine, WSET Level 2 in Sake, and WSET-certified sommelier Felipe de la Torre.

The dinner experience presents expertly crafted Japanese dishes such as Kobe Edamame with Kobe Wagyu fat, shichimi and truffle; Okonomiyaki, a Toro pizza with jalapeno, onion, truffle and tare sauce; 99 Katsusando, presenting Wagyu Marbling 9; 99 Jewel Maki with Toro, akami, black truffle, golden leaves and Kaluga caviar; and Atlantic Blue Shichimi Lobster with pak choi and shichimi togarashi – to name a few.  The dinner concludes with a sweet finale – Chocolate Fondant with sesame brittle, cacao crumble, matcha sponge and lotus caramel ice cream.
