Inspired by the beauty of coastal landscapes and tropical gardens, The Tea Room introduces its new Coastal, Tropical & Floral Afternoon Tea, a captivating take on the classic afternoon ritual, bringing together ocean-inspired flavours, vibrant creations, and elegant presentation.

Designed as a sensory escape, the experience features a refined selection of savouries including Seared Scallops with Celeriac Purée, Tomato Jam and Balsamic Pearls; Lemongrass-Infused Shrimp with Tomato Tartar and Yuzu Pearls; Smoked Salmon Balls; Crab Cake with Smoked Paprika Aioli; and Parmesan Seafood Praline with Truffle Saffron Mayo, complemented by signature Black Ink Scones with Mangosteen Lime Jell and Chives Cream.

The sweet selection celebrates tropical indulgence with Mango & Coconut Mousse, Tiramisu, Sea Creatures’ Chocolate, Macarons, and Pavlova Nest with mascarpone cream and passion fruit pearls, each creation reflecting the artistry and imagination of The Tea Room.
