Bathers launches a weekly seafood experience at Ulu’s Pool Deck, with live-fire grilling, fresh oysters and sunset drinks every Friday.

Byron Bathers is bringing Friday afternoons down under to Palm Jumeirah with Friday Arvo Fish, a weekly seafood experience at Ulu’s Pool Deck. Taking place every Friday from 6pm to 10pm, the experience celebrates fresh seafood, live-fire cooking and the laid-back spirit of an Australian coastal gathering.

The menu features whole fire-grilled seabass and seabream for AED 180, served with a choice of burnt lemon and herb butter or chilli butter, alongside charred potatoes, asparagus and broccolini. Guests can also enjoy a selection of drinks, including the Smoke on Water mezcal margarita, Palma Paloma and Arvo G&T, each priced at AED 69. For those looking to make an occasion of it, the Shuck & Sip selection pairs eight market oysters with a bottle of Pearl Rosé for AED 385 or Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label for AED 625. A smaller pairing of two market oysters and a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is available for AED 105. Set around an open-air seafood kitchen, with chefs cooking over live flames, the experience brings together fresh seafood, chilled drinks and relaxed poolside dining as the sun sets over the Palm.
