This Valentine’s Day, Oanjo invites couples to indulge in a romantic, Nikkei-inspired dining experience that tantalizes the senses and sets the stage for unforgettable moments. Located on the rooftop on the 24th floor of Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, Oanjo’s sophisticated atmosphere and artfully crafted menu make it the perfect destination for a night of love and luxury.

Couples can indulge in a three-course Valentine’s set menu for AED 550, which includes a bottle of sparkling wine. For those preferring non-alcoholic options, the same menu is available with a bottle of non-alcoholic wine for AED 360.

The evening begins with an Amuse Bouche of Corn & Mushroom Chawanmushi, a delicate egg custard that sets a refined, flavorful tone for the meal.

For starters, guests can indulge in a choice of three enticing creations. The Sandía Nikkei Ceviche combines compressed watermelon, avocado, and leche de tigre, offering a refreshing and vibrant beginning to the meal. Those seeking a sushi-inspired experience can enjoy the Signature Nigiri Collection, featuring Nikkei-flavored salmon, tuna, hamachi, ebi, and mushroom, a delicate tribute to the art of sushi craftsmanship.

For a bolder, more indulgent option, the Red Curry Gyozas present deep-fried dumplings filled with minced lamb, coconut curry sauce, and balsamic pearls, marrying richness with complex flavors.

The main course continues the culinary journey with equally impressive choices. The Confit Black Cod is served alongside bok choy, vegetable dumplings, citrus soy jus, and chives, creating a dish that is both delicate and deeply flavorful.

Meat lovers can savor the Charcoal-Grilled Beef Tenderloin, accompanied by mushroom tortellini, leek ash sauce and kai lam, a sophisticated take on a classic favorite. For vegan lovers, the Sweet Potato Steak pairs edamame velouté, gochujang crispy tofu, macadamia nuts, and sorrel, delivering a dish rich in texture, umami, and vibrant flavors.

Dessert is a decadent celebration of flavor with Sol de Kyoto, featuring yuzu cheesecake, berries ganache, vanilla crumble, and passionfruit-mango sauce, the perfect sweet finale to an unforgettable evening.

Oanjo’s Valentine’s Day set menu combines culinary artistry, premium ingredients, and romantic ambiance, creating a dining experience that captures the spirit of love.
