Angela’s culinary journey started in Mexico over a decade ago, where she trained at the prestigious Capri Riviera Cancun before honing her skills in the Dominican Republic, the United States and Europe, Doha, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Piaceri Da Gustare, having worked her way across a broad range of luxury hospitality groups and proving her mettle. She has been associated with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Banyan Tree, and the Viceroy Hotel Group, among several others.

Hilton is also a headline signatory of the Women in Hospitality charter and is working with other companies across the industry to find solutions to some of the industry’s most pressing challenges.
