Alba Street Japanese Delivery Dubai Brings Playful Street-Style Flavours Home

Dubai, UAE, August 12 – Dubai-based and homegrown street food concept, Alba Street, which launched in Spring 2025 in Dubai Mall, is now available to enjoy at home for an unmissable delivery experience, available exclusively via Deliveroo, Careem, and Talabat.
From Fine Dining to Fun Dining
Alba Street is a new, experiential Japanese restaurant that reimagines the menus from its sister venue – the upscale Opera District-based Alba – with a playful and accessible street food twist. Moreover, led by Chef Chistyakov Vladimir, the menu features dishes using carefully sourced high-quality ingredients, transformed into shareable, moreish, and satisfying dishes, now available for delivery for the first time.
Signature Street-Style Creations

Standout dishes include playful takes on Japanese flavours, such as the Chicken Truffle Sando with crispy chicken thigh, crunchy coleslaw, truffle ponzu, umeboshi jam, and rich truffle mayo. Additionally, the A5 Wagyu Kimchi Burger features premium A5 Wagyu beef with umami-rich flavours, melted cheese, and spicy house-fermented kimchi in a toasted brioche bun. Finally, the Salmon Sushi Burger pairs panko-fried organic salmon fillet with two seasoned sushi rice buns for a unique twist.
Combos for Every Craving
Alba Street has also created combo deals to mix and match favourites. For example, the Geisha Cheat Day includes a Yuzu Chilli Chicken Burger, fries, sauce, and a drink. Meanwhile, the Grendizer Power Pack pairs the A5 Wagyu Kimchi Burger with fries, sauce, and lemonade. For a lighter option, the Not Sweet Samurai features Avo Maki, Crunchy Tempura, Kale Salad, and lemonade. Alternatively, the Sumo Snack Attack offers four handrolls, two onigiri with A5 Wagyu, and lemonade. Finally, the Shibuya Legends (for two) includes a sashimi box (12 pieces), a nigiri box (8 pieces), and two lemonades—perfect for sharing.
Refreshing Drinks with a Japanese Twist. Yes Please!

To complement the food, the drinks menu offers unique, refreshing options: Cherry Almond Lemonade (sugar-free), Yuzu Mojito Lemonade, Milk Oolong Mango Lemonade, Miso Latte Coffee, Hojicha Latte Tea, and Pink Sakura Water. Each drink adds a creative flourish to the meal.
From Mall to Home
Alba Street operates daily from 11:00 AM to midnight (Sunday–Thursday) and until 1:00 AM on weekends at Social Distrikt, Dubai Mall, and Fountain Views. Dine-in, takeaway, and delivery are all available, ensuring customers can enjoy these Japanese street flavours wherever they are.
