This Ramadan, Bab El Bahr invites guests to celebrate the holy month with a delicious Iftar buffet that blends tradition, flavor, and community in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Complementing the feast is a dedicated Ramadan drinks station serving traditional favorites such as laban and Vimto, offering a refreshing accompaniment to the Iftar experience.

Soups and pastries bring warmth and comfort, with options like lentil and vegetable soups, and a tempting selection of spinach fatayer, meat sambousek, cheese burek, and fried kibbeh. Hot appetizers such as meat shawarma, chicken wings, batata harra, lahme w/ banadoura, and fatteh hummus ensure every palate is satisfied.

The main course showcases Bab El Bahr’s dedication to authentic Levantine flavors. Diners can enjoy harraq esbao, fish sayadieh, kousa bil laban, chicken saffron, oriental mix grill, fettuccine, steamed vegetables, potato au gratin, and steamed white rice, a variety of dishes that combines both tradition and contemporary flair.

Highlighting the evening is the Ouzi Station, where guests can savor oven-roasted lamb ouzi served with oriental rice, nuts, and yogurt, a centerpiece that embodies the celebratory spirit of Ramadan.

Available daily throughout the holy month, the “Flavors from the Silk Road” Ramadan Iftar is served buffet-style with rotating menus, offering something new throughout the holy month. The spread begins with dates and water, followed by a selection of cold mezze and salads, including hummus, moutabal, fattoush, tabbouleh, warak enab and kisir, alongside marinated vegetables and regional cheeses.
