2025 INFINITI QX50: Luxury Crossover Blends Style with Innovative Technology
The 2025 INFINITI QX50 delights with its eye-catching design, spacious interior, a lengthy list of features that enable everyday convenience, and the responsive power of a 2.0-liter Variable-Compression Turbocharged (VC-Turbo) engine.
For the 2025 model year, the QX50 is streamlined to three grades – LUXE 2WD, LUXE STYLE AWD, and SPORT – with standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive.
Design for visual appeal and function
The 2025 INFINITI QX50 makes a splash with muscular proportions and sculpted bodywork. INFINITI’s signature double-arch front grille and crescent-shaped rear roof pillar help the model stand out, while its rounded roofline and prominent, sharply defined lines along the bodysides add depth.
For buyers seeking an even more dynamic appearance, QX50 SPORT wears a sport front fascia with numerous exterior elements painted black: the roof rails, window trim, front grille, liftgate trim, exhaust tips, door handles, and badges. The visual enhancements continue inside with enhanced ambient LED lighting and a Graphite headliner.
QX50 LUXE 2WD includes 19-inch, silver-painted wheels, LUXE STYLE drives on 20-inch dark-painted aluminum allow wheels, while QX50 SPORT has 20-inch dark-painted wheels with machined finish. Depending on the trim level, customers can select from seven exterior color choices: Hermosa Blue, Graphite Shadow, Slate Gray, Black Obsidian, Dynamic Sunstone Red, Lunar White, and Radiant White. Inside the cabin, both the LUXE 2WD and LUXE STYLE grades feature dark aluminum trim and Graphite upholstery, and the LUX STYLE grade has the additional option of Pebble Gray upholstery; QX50 SPORT has black aluminum accents and either Graphite or Monaco Red semi-aniline leather appointments.
The well-appointed cabin is both beautiful to behold – with detailed, soft-touch materials throughout – and functional for passengers and cargo alike. The second-row slides, allowing for optimization between legroom or luggage room, and folds flat to create up to 65.1 cubic feet (64.4 with panoramic moonroof) of cargo space.
Advanced turbocharged engine for effortless power
Backing up its energetic outward appearance, QX50 delivers strong and responsive performance thanks to the world’s first mass-produced Variable-Compression Turbocharged (VC-Turbo) engine. The 2.0-liter engine delivers 268 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque and is complemented by an XTRONIC transmission that features Downshift Rev Matching and standard paddle shifters to help deliver a more engaging driving experience.
With standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive on all grades, the 2025 QX50 delivers a fuel economy of 22 mpg city and 28 mpg highway.
Intuitively integrated technology
As in all INFINITI vehicles, QX50 incorporates technologies that help make the journey more connected, more convenient, and more entertaining. The standard INFINITI InTouch infotainment system has an 8-inch upper and 7-inch lower screen, with Android Auto™ and wireless Apple CarPlay. A total of four USB ports and a wireless device charging pad are standard. A 12-speaker Bose Premium Audio System is standard on QX50 LUXE STYLE and SPORT, delivering richer and more lifelike audio.
QX50 also features an impressive array of standard safety and driver assistance technology, including Intelligent Cruise Control, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning and Prevention, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Automatic Braking, and High Beam Assist. ProACTIVE Package is equipped to offer support in certain driving situations. The system can help the driver stay centered within their lane and assists with acceleration and braking.
QX50 also has numerous standard features that make every drive a little more luxurious, including acoustic front side window glass and active noise control to keep the cabin more serene, and dual-zone automatic climate control allows drivers and passengers to select their preferred temperatures. QX50 offers standard heated seats, a panoramic moonroof, roof rails, and other luxurious touches, while notable QX50 SPORT equipment includes remote engine start and head-up display, enhanced ambient lighting, ICC with steering assist, climate-controlled seats, navigation, and Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection.

UDRIVE CUSTOMERS CROSS 45 MILLION KILOMETRES AS UAE DEMAND FOR CAR SHARING ACCELERATES
Udrive, the UAE’s leading car-sharing platform, has strengthened its mobility network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, as app-based car access becomes a bigger part of how people move across the country. In 2025 alone, Udrive customers have driven more than 45 million kilometres, reflecting rising demand for smarter urban mobility that aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan’s focus on flexible means of transportation.
The growth reflects Udrive’s expanding role as a practical alternative to traditional car rental and private car ownership. The platform now operates a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles and has completed more than three million rentals to date. In 2025, Udrive recorded over half a million trips, while registrations grew by 14% compared with 2024, indicating stronger adoption among customers seeking on-demand access to vehicles.
Residents make up 90% of Udrive’s customer base, showing how car sharing has become part of daily commuting, errands, weekend plans and short-term transport needs. Retention has strengthened, with active customers for 12 months or more rising from 21% to 32%. Growth across shorter-term segments has also supported higher trip volumes and revenue, pointing to sustained adoption among both new and returning users.
Fleet choice has also expanded; Udrive now offers vehicles from Kia, Ford, BYD and MINI, with Toyota, Suzuki, Nissan and Mitsubishi also available on the platform. With the company’s ongoing partnership with AGMC, recent additions include MINI Cooper S and John Cooper Works models, the launch of MINI Convertibles. Udrive has also added hybrid BYD Song and BYD QIN vehicles to its fleet, offering customers premium, lower-emission mobility options.
“At Udrive, our growth is being shaped by customers who want access without the cost and commitment of ownership. Expanding across four emirates and growing our fleet gives residents and visitors the freedom to choose the right car for every journey. Stronger retention shows that flexible mobility is becoming part of daily life in the UAE, while supporting a more practical alternative to private vehicle dependency,” said Hasib Khan, Founder and CEO of Udrive.
As part of its wider network growth, Udrive has added new Business Zones in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, extending coverage across almost every area within its operating network. This gives customers more flexibility to pick up and end trips across key residential, commercial and lifestyle districts, supporting everyday journeys across the UAE’s major urban centres.
Through the Udrive app, customers can locate, book and unlock a vehicle in minutes, with flexible rental options by the minute, hour, day, week or month. The service is designed around convenience and transparency, with zero deposit, no paperwork, office visits or delivery fees, and inclusive benefits such as free fuel and parking.
As the UAE’s mobility needs continue to evolve, Udrive will focus on deeper coverage, stronger fleet variety, and partnerships that improve access to flexible transport across the country. The company’s growth strategy is centred on making shared mobility easier to use, more widely available, and more relevant to how residents move across cities every day.
The expanded Udrive network is now live on the app. Customers can open the map, find a nearby car, choose the rental option that fits their journey and start driving in minutes.
