With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, including notable roles at prestigious properties across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. In his previous role as General Manager at Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Warsaw, Poland, Aidan demonstrated exceptional leadership by implementing successful strategies centered on quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and innovative upsell programs.

Reflecting on his journey, Aidan Dempsey, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert stated, “Working with international brands has allowed me to travel the world and gain a deep understanding of cultural differences and business approaches. Personal development, networking, and setting personal goals have been crucial to my journey.”
