Gulf Craft Group has made waves at the Dubai International Boat Show by securing the sale of over 1,100 footage overall during the 5-day event. This achievement marks one of the most successful boat shows in the company’s recent history. Held at Dubai Harbour from February 28th to March 3rd, the show has once again provided Gulf Craft Group with an exceptional platform to showcase its craftsmanship, innovation, and latest vessels. With the order book now completely full for 2024, the shipyard is now taking orders for the second half of 2025.

Among the yachts sold during the initial days of the show were five yachts and 20 leisure boats across the Gulf Craft Group brand portfolio. These acquisitions along with many more in the pipeline, highlight the enduring appeal and global demand for Gulf Craft Group’s diverse portfolio of luxury vessels.

With a rich history of participation spanning 30 years, Gulf Craft Group has consistently utilised the Dubai International Boat Show to unveil its cutting-edge designs and launch new models. Osteria Mario Collaborates with Duo Gastrobar to Introduce New Zero Waste Specials Menu

Osteria Mario is excited to announce its latest sustainability initiative with the launch of a zero-waste specials menu in partnership with Duo Gastrobar. This innovative menu is available from February and combines Osteria Mario’s commitment to sustainable dining with quality produce while uterlising all parts of ingredients in the new menu.

In a challenge to create something new using mainly existing ingredients and offcuts, the zero-waste specials feature delicious dishes inspired by European flavours. From Focaccia Bread with coffee butter to Broccoli pate, Potato chips with salmon caviar, Risotto with shrimp, and Carrot Cake with mascarpone and seabuckthorn, each dish promises a burst of flavour with every bite. The menu includes two new drinks, non-alcohol Mulled wine with pomegranate and Basil spritz.

“As we approach one year since our launch, we challenged our chefs to create six new dishes and are thrilled to introduce a new zero waste specials menu in collaboration with Duo Gastrobar”, says Henrik Winther, Founder of Osteria Mario. “This collaboration reflects our unwavering commitment to sustainability while continuing to offer an affordable and high-quality dining experience to our guests. Diners at Osteria Mario can enjoy the zero-waste menu as separate dishes alongside the existing menu or opt for the set menu priced at AED 190 per couple. The thoughtfully curated menu promises something new, combining fresh and healthy ingredients with eco-conscious cooking.

Food waste and production are two of the largest contributors to environmental damage so by coming together Osteria Mario and Duo hope to inspire other restauarnts to get creative with sustainability in their kitchens too.

Inspired by sunny Europe, Osteria Mario mirrors Abruzo, the greenest part of southern Italy, by surrounding diners with shrubbery and light wood furnishings as they tuck into a light and tasty menu of regional Italian cuisine. Located at the park-facing end of the restaurant, Osteria Mario is filled with light and luscious live plants. It has direct access to a shared restaurant terrace, where diners can enjoy picturesque views.
